It has come to my attention that everyone does not know about these 2 giving away “bucks” or “rewards”. Both are competing with each other, and they are trying hard to steal each other’s customers. This is good for us, the customers. When you buy certain items, both have started giving you what amounts to a gift certificate for use next time you go to their store. Most of these are good towards any purchase, but occasionally some are limited to particular items. The items that give you “bucks” are right in their sale papers each week.
CVS prints their’s on the bottom of the receipt, so be sure to look and see what you have there. Usually Walgreens prints out a separate piece of paper, so don’t assume that is just a coupon or something. Bucks are bucks.
You can even subscribe to their sale papers online at Walgreens and CVS.
